S Rajalakshmi (Founder – Director)

S Rajalakshmi is an engineering graduate and done her post graduate diploma in Quality Management. As a parent of a special kid, she had immense passion in working with kids and has created an inclusive space where every child’s potential is celebrated. Due to this, she has embarked upon in the field of special education and done a courses like Stress Reduction for Parents of special needs. Her personal experiences fuel her dedication to provide best possible expertise and
guidance in child development

Satakshi Misra (Behavioural Therapy)

• Holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
• Has extensive experience working with children of all ages from preschoolers to teenagers in one-on-one setting
• Done Specialised course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Done course in Stress Management, Behaviour and intervention plan for autism, Parental counselling and Social Skills Development.

Sravani Tandur (Speech Therapist)

Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist with over 5+years of experienced in working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and speech-language impairments, using structured therapy approaches to improve communication, social interaction, and functional independence. Proficient in conducting hearing assessments, auditory rehabilitation, and counseling patients and families.
Graduated from Sweekar Rehabilitation Sciences, with professional experience at Apollo Hospitals, CDC centers

Sujatha Sardani (Special Educator )

Ms. Sujatha is a qualified professional trained to work with children with special needs, including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, attention-related challenges, and communication difficulties.  The role involves assessing educational needs, planning and implementing tailored intervention strategies, adapting learning materials, monitoring progress, and working in close partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams.
